I think it's a 1951 Ferrari 375 "Grand Prix" (s/n 005) (Belgian GP in Spa, Piero TARUFFI (I) driving (DNF) OR indeed... British GP in Silverstone, Froilan GONZALEZ (ARG) driving (overall winner)). But 1951, not 1952 (http://www.ddavid.com/formula1/bgp1.htm) -- Last edit: 2007-02-07 20:04:03 |

Perhaps the 'Grand Prix' moniker was attached by some in later years to differentiate the 375's that raced in F1 GP's in 1950-51 from the one that raced in Indianapolis in 1952. There's no other evidence of 'Grand Prix' being used officially or unofficially provided in the above link or elsewhere so this could just be plain 375 [005].
