dsl ◊ 2014-10-12 02:54	Finally got round to sorting this out from being dumped into the Nuffield page and now re-extracted: dsl wrote Decided these three pics at 01-16-49 are another scene with this Nuffield - previously on own page as Unknown with no other comments from anyone: This Nuffield rear view - /vehicle_719464-Nuffield-Oxford-Taxi-1947.html - convinced me. Sunbar wrote dsl, I'm not certain but the last three thumbnails are possibly not the Oxford taxi which from pictures had an unusual side hinged boot lid, and the bright hinges are visible on the Nuffield rear view but not in the last thumbnail. There was also a distinct trim line around the rear - missing in the thumbnail and what could be an Austin FX3 filler cap visible top left (much lower on the Oxford). Only the FX3 boot handle is missing except there is something reflected and catching some light in the centre. It needs further confirmation but Austin FX3 I think dsl wrote ^ You may be right about being a different car - I did have slight impression watching it onscreen of a small bustle around the boot (which could match FX3) but it was a very fleeting moment created by indirect reflection, so was not confident. I thought I could see the curving trim line, so decided to link it now. Am happy to switch it back to own page as FX3 - also your filler cap point. Anyone else to comment before I do??
