Yes. 2nd generation. I think that S16 name was used only in France. |

It was during the "Rallye de Wallonie" a few years ago, Special Stage 4 (Natoye). We were running a few kms without interphone (I had lost the connection with my codriver). I entered too fast what we call a "pif paf" "left/right". I missed the ideal line while entering the right part of this "pif paf" (I should have cut the corner more inside), the rear part of the car twisted several times and I could not control the last one. We hit a pole left hand side of the road, the car bounced, went into the air, and falled back on its left side. Race stopped for a while, fortunately nobody injured. |
