There is nu such thing as a Pontiac Silver Streak. Silver Streak is the name of the straight 6 and 8 engines used in these models.
In 1948 there were two model lines in the USA, the Torpedo (A-Body, shared with Chevrolet) and Streamliner (B-Body, shared with Oldsmobile, Buick and Cadillac).
The convertible was only available for the Torpedo line, the wagon only for the Streamliner series.
This makes this Pontiac a 1948 Streamliner Wagon Silver Streak 8 (model 28). The front grill is different from the other years this car was available, 1948 being the last year. It was the first year for the Hydra Matic transmission for Pontiac.

Streamliner may be the official name but "Silver Streak" is popular name, which we seem to prefer in some cases. If we're going to call this a Streamliner, it needs to be a Streamliner Station Wagon.
