1958 Opel Olympia Rekord Caravan (P1) likely assembled in Uruguay. |

Strange to see it without any side trim... |

in Germany there has been a low cost version of Oly Rekord P1 called 1200 thought to be "Käfer Killer" later replaced by Kadett A |

The 1200 (and 1500)[P1] still had a side strip, although a simpler one than the Rekord had. These 1200 and 1500 only came as 2-door sedan. There was also (in the beginning) an Olympia [P1], but I think those were always in one single colour whereas this one has a different roof colour. And afaik the Olympia was only available as 2-door sedan and as panel van, not as station wagon. |

Not imported from Uruguay in 1958... change this. |

In civilised speech we would use "Could somebody please change this" instead of "change this". I know, in Spanish such a short form in subjonctivo may be polite, but in English it really sounds crude... |

Here, since december 2009 many people (not all) are very unpolite with me, i don't know why this hate. Many comments (with correctios and other info) sent by me are completely ignored and lost. Also, this is unpolite |

There are comments missed from everybody, not just you. Due to the amount of comments we can't see all. Especially with all the off-topic comments that some do, that increase the total number of comments. |

I didn't want to be impolite with you, I just said that the way you expressed yourself might be regarded as impolite. As I said, in Spanish you can use the conjunctivo for polite form, but in English there is no conjunctivo, so one has to find a different way. C'est le ton qui fait la musique... |
