Yes. The roof painted in two shades of grey makes this car a 1968 or older model year, so only ID 19 or ID 21. But the blue colour is bleu pacifique (AC 607), only available in 1961/62, and therefore it can only be a 19. DS-style hubcaps and specific Italian license plate holder show that it was built in Belgium and made for I. |

Correct 1972+. Ambulances often had specific colors outside Citroen ones. |
