As the linked pickup seems not to be the one of the movie, the latter shows nothing to identify it more than a 1947-50 truck (as it seems not to have the 1951+ vent windows). The length and the wheelbase are not visible, so it could be a "small" 100 (½-ton payload, 116"/2.95 m wheelbase, 6.5ft./1.98 m bed) as well as a "long" one (½-ton payload, 125¼"/3.18 m wheelbase, 7.5ft./2.29 m bed)... or a ¾-ton 150 model, which have the same specs as the long 100.
