Colin Chapman's 2nd creation (and the first to get the Lotus name, as his first car was just Austin Seven Special until later retro-titled as Lotus Mk.1). Only one Mk.II built - A7 chassis with Ford oily bits - still around, never restored but running and does event demos.

Interesting history here. Colin Chapman's 2nd creation (and the first to get the Lotus name, as his first car was just Austin Seven Special until later retro-titled as Lotus Mk.1). Only one Mk.II built - A7 chassis with Ford oily bits - still around, never restored but running and does event demos.
