All engines were available in the cab chassis body style as well. The Bravo name was dropped in 2006 when the BT-50 replaced it. Built in Thailand. Facelift went on sale November 2002, so could be listed as 2003 model. UPDATE: it seems that from 2005-2006 they were also imported from South Africa (as well as the Ford Courier). I believe only the 4.0L V6 models came from SA. Therefore, without knowing the exact year, the country it's made in should probably be left blank. -- Last edit: 2016-05-15 14:51:12
