I don´t think Chevy Cobalt, due the door mirror and door handle. |

Not Cobalt, but Saturn Aura. |

Orign USA or some Opel/Holden-clone? Btw.: are there any real, origin Saturns? In the meaning, that specially developed as Saturn only? |

@ingo: Built in Kansas City, Kansas at the Fairfax Assembly from 2007 until it's discontinuation in 2009. It uses the front clip of the Vectra, but has a unique rear end. Shared it's chassis with the Vectra, Pontiac G6 and the Chevrolet Malibu. And yes, the original SL/SW/SC lineup was developed as it's own model, unrelated to any other GM product. the introduction of the L Series marked the end of 100% original Saturn models, making it the only one to be 100% unique. -- Last edit: 2011-05-22 22:06:12 |

Ah, thanks for the informations. I had no idea, because Saturn doesn't exist in Europe, except some single private cars from US-servicemen for example. Was there any remarkable/countable export of Saturn, or was it only for the local market? |

Unfortunately, no. Saturn vehicles were only sold (as new) in the US and Canada. |

Saturns were also briefly sold in Japan, but without much success. |
