:king: An authentic plate - and one, which I still need in my collection. Not issued any more since the 31.12.72

@dsl: the colour is the famous "kansasbeige". Which looks like ... you know.

Maybe something is left in old garages and cellars... ;)

Hm, who knows. Sadly, I don't have connections to historic plate collectors, so I don't think I can help you. Besides, I'm really not often in that area although it's not that far away from HN where I used to live. Last time was almost 10 years ago, and even back then I didn't see any "MGH" plates. Once I've seen a "DKB", and -closer to home- from time to time a "SNH" or a "ÖHR" but without exception only on old tractors or trailers. Earlier this year, I had to drive to Schwäbisch Gmünd in order to attend a funeral. Whenever I passed a farm there I looked out for a "GD" with you in mind, but sadly I wasn't successful.

This would absolutely not helpful - they know about these plates :p The best are connections to old relatives, friends, acknowledges, who haven't cleared up their cellars or garages since decades ;)

Not the way I make it, according to a traditional recipe handed down through the generations. ([1] Open sachet and pour into bowl [2] Add milk and pinch of salt [3] microwave for 2 minutes)
