1937 Crown Imperial Touring Sedan or Limousine. Like this - http://www.imperialclub.com/Yr/1937/37Limo/09-tn.jpg .
Windows look long on the side so I go with Limousine.

1937 Chrysler Custom Imperial Eight 7 passenger sedan or sedan limousine on the 140-inch wheelbase chassis ( series C-15).The litterature of 1937 mentions Custom Imperial ( not Crown Imperial) for the C-15 series.

I checked the 1937 and 1938 brochures on the tocmp web site and the Imperial web site and for me it is a 1937 Chrysler Custom Imperial Eight Sedan or Sedan Limousine : under 1937 the Imperial web site says : " In 1937 , except for the Airflow, the eight cylinder Chrysler cars bore the name Imperial or Custom Imperial .The Custom cars ran a wheelbase of 140 inches in 2 body types :the seven passenger sedan and the sedan limousine. The latter had a crank-operated glass partition behind the front compartment " .I did not find the term " Crown" in the 1937 and 1938 brochures.
The term "Crown" became used in 1940 :under 1940 the Imperial web site says : " In 1940 all Imperial Cars were consolidated under a single banner :the "Crown Imperial"
In George H. Dammannn's book " 70 years of Chrysler ( 1974 Crestline Publishing LCCCN 74-75795 ) the name of Crown Imperial also appears for the first time on a 1940 car.Others have already correctly listed a few 1937 Chrysler Imperials as Imperial ( short chassis) or Custom Imperial ( long chassis)on this site
