I am trying to determine the title for this episode and in looking on several sites that list episodes I have come up with 4 different titles (different episodes)as they seem to vary by the poster. Like to know the story behind this scene. |

There's the owner of a bank who speculated on stock market and lost all of his money reserves, so he hires a gang to obtain printing machines, materials etc. to print real money. In order to get the last component for making their own money, they steel the fire truck, and fake a fire in a money printing facility. With their disguise as firefighters, no-one stops them from entering the building. Afterwards, they store the fire truck at the farm they use as a hideout, but when the main characters infiltrate the compound, the bank owner and his henchman try to escape with the fire truck. There are some fighting scenes on the speeding truck, the henchman is supposed to be killed (he returns in a later episode), and the bad guy loses control of the truck, so it crashes down the edge. |

No problem I don't know any further details, but I think one of the trucks used for filming (another one of the same type appears in some later episodes) was in real bad condition, but that's just my guess. |

Please set year as 1969, since it has the early (pre 1973) grille. The 170 model came in '69. http://www.magirus-deutz.ch/geschichte_t2.html |
