I think it is a Flint about 1925.

In second thumbnail an emblem on the top of the bonnet maybe can help something

I reckon it is not a Dodge because Dodges had one piece windshields from 1926 on and the 1924-5 cars didn't have cowl lights. I am not sure if it is a Flint either.

It is a 1925 Dodge Bros. Type A Touring sedan.

Cowl lamps were an accessory that weren't necessarily always added at the factory. Another thing to keep in mind, this film was shot forty years later. Adding options when restoring a car was, and still is, quite common.
