Brand is Abarth, no? Like the Abarth 500s.

These cars are based on the Fiat 600 and were either built originally at Abarth (in the Turin Corso Marche factory), from Fiat bodyshells they received directly from Fiat, or were converted Fiats (and later even Seats or Zastava's).
This car has the 1970 type rear fender extensions, spoiler type engine cover, as well as the "topolino" (i.e. mouse tail) open race exhaust. My suggestion is this car is either a 1000TC or 1000 TCR.
The TCR has the Abarth designed cylinderhead with the radial valve configuration (hence the R), as well as two double horizontal Webers. The TC is equipped with the original Fiat cylinder head and one double downdraught carburetter. Power output approx. 110-115 bhp for the TCR in racetrim and 85 bhp for the TC.

In races most Abarths had scripts stating "Fiat Abarth" (except for the Simca's ofcourse). Carlo Abarth had made a very lucrative deal with Fiats CEO (Vittorio Valetta) that he would receive money if Fiat Abarths scored in races. He therefore sent well documented lists with the placings of the Abarths in all races (minor and major) after each weekend.
