The lack of dark vertical vents on the hood most likely point to Grand Familia, although they were absent on the 2nd Series Savanna too, however this has earlier headlights (and bezels) either way, so this should be Grand Familia.

As a side note, sportier Grand Familia 1500S (Feb. 1972+) also had those vents too :
