1957 DeSoto, cant tell if its an Adventurer, Firedome, Fireflite or Firesweep. |

This Firesweep has the same side trim http://www.hubcapcafe.com/ocs/pages01/deso5701.htm but text reads "Notice that the front fenders resemble those on the 57 Dodge cars while on more expensive DeSotos, the Firedome, Fireflite and Adventurer the fenders were like those of the 57 Chrysler" like this one I guess http://www.classiccar.com/photopost/data/535/medium/DeSoto57Frflt.jpg Looks like a four door hard top so I would guess it is a "more expensive" Desoto -- Last edit: 2007-12-31 00:02:22 |

Way too far off to see, but from here I don't see the V-shaped crest behind the front wheel opening. The Sportsman script is however present. I'd say this was a Firedome Sportsman 4d hardtop [S25]. -- Last edit: 2007-12-31 03:23:14 |

Also use Sportsman in place of Hardtop in model name, whichever series this is. |

Here is a left blurry (but partial) view of the car: -- Last edit: 2012-01-09 20:50:30 (vilero) |

That's really good. Almost need Superman's vison to see it, but there is a break in the white Sportone trim that would be where that special badge would partially sit on the front fender. Then it's back to the Fireflite and [S26]. Nice skirts, too! |

Fireflite, per my last comment about the new thumbnail. |
