Last edition of ex-Glas 1300 GT,use a BMW 1600-2 engine in lieu of a Glas powerplant,due at merge of Bavarian Brand of Glas;was sold thru 1966 to 1969 and together at Goggomobil and "Glaserati"Glas-BMW V8 3000 were the last cars made under the Brand of Dingolfing

The tail badges match perfectly to BMW 1600 GT.

The shape of the back window is really Glas GT-ish, that of the Sport Prinz (other succession ;) ) is rounder: Link to "commons.wikimedia.org"
