The location looks very much GDR-ish to me. By the style of the framework-house it should be shot in Thüringen or Sachsen-Anhalt (I use the pre-1946 and post-1990-names).

 this 100 is a very rare "S" version (90 HP), builded from 1968 to 1971

 Why a "S" and not a "LS"? For me it has the "L"-trim. Hadn't the "S"-versions not the basic engine, but a more basic interior?
