Our brochures here in the US list these as Cab Plus: http://www.xr793.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/2002-Mazda-Truck.pdf - feel free to change the name if the nomenclature differed for EU.

Did a bit of research and Sandie is correct with the 2002 face lift about Freestyle Cab.
