Just had a look at this film's IMDB page, and this film does have Sellers in it, albeit using footage recorded before his death, rather like Plan 9 From Outer Space with Bela Lugosi Two more Pink Panther films came after this, not including the two recent Steve Martin remakes. As Closeau kept saying: "Yes, I kneuw that." And I never said this movie didn't have Sellers in it. I was just saying it would've been better if he'd been alive when shooting took place. The movie is depressing for me to watch, because I know Sellers was dead by then, and he would never appear in new material again. The footage doesn't count. These footages mostly consist of deleted scenes from the movies, and deleted scenes are seldom memorable. Same goes for these, even with Peter Sellers appearing. -- Last edit: 2011-06-21 15:41:44 |
