Strange that they've found some genuine German WW2 equipment but like most war movies have the German army traipsing around in American vehicles!!

There is also in one scene nice, red, 1980 Renault 5 Turbo (car of Marie Jouvet - Joanna Lumley).

Thanks you wasted your time on this film to list this R5. :D

Indeed, this movie is a disgrace compared to the earlier movies :/ I wish Sellers didn't die so early.

I stop seeing these subsequent Pink Pather movies after Peter Sellers passed away. All Peter Sellers Pink Pather are my favorites. They are really funny movies.

Just had a look at this film's IMDB page, and this film does have Sellers in it, albeit using footage recorded before his death, rather like Plan 9 From Outer Space with Bela Lugosi :D

Two more Pink Panther films came after this, not including the two recent Steve Martin remakes.

I often think this when I see what some people add to this site

By the way, what does R5 mean? Or is it just a typo?

As Closeau kept saying: "Yes, I kneuw that." And I never said this movie didn't have Sellers in it. I was just saying it would've been better if he'd been alive when shooting took place. The movie is depressing for me to watch, because I know Sellers was dead by then, and he would never appear in new material again.

The footage doesn't count. These footages mostly consist of deleted scenes from the movies, and deleted scenes are seldom memorable. Same goes for these, even with Peter Sellers appearing.

I wasn't really trying to argue with what you said, it was just a general comment for those who might not know (and to make a little joke about it being like Plan 9 from Outer Space)

In keeping with the theme of earlier footage; aren't all these cars from stock footage of the previous Pink Panther movies redundant? In some ways this movie is right out of a sitcom clip show.
