 1982 Neil Simon movie starring Dinah Manoff as a would-be young actress from Brooklyn who visits her fledgling Hollywood writer father played by Walter Matthau.

 One other car I couldn't get was a Cadillac sedan driven by the chauffer of a loan shark hitting Matthau's character up for money he owes at the track.

It could be a Sedan DeVille or it could be a Fleetwood, but it's clearly from the early-1980's.
