 Directed by the prolific Joe D'Amato, well known Italian director famous for "Emmanuelle" porn series and many other B-movies (including spaghetti-westerns and slashers), "Rosso Sangue" aka "Absurd" aka "Antropophagus II" talks about a genetically-mutated, self-regenerating man going nuts and killing whoever crosses his path. The movie was shot in 1981 in a little village near Rome (Italy), but was set in the USA, as the presence of the big Olds seems to suggest.
Not to be confused with the 1986 French movie by the same name.
