Seems to be filmed outside UK - all the cars are foreign, and may have NL plate (DAF truck) or B (Renault 8). Anyone recognise this for location?

 Location likely to be Brussels - seems from another vid in a batch of these on yt (with Atomium behind) that "The promotional film was shot for a Belgian television programme. In the video, the band is miming to the song on a bridge in Brussels. This is David Gilmour's first appearance on film with Pink Floyd."
