Three kids, a batty old woman and two ghosts save the ruin of "Hermitage House" from being demolished by nasty developers. All star cast (Ronnie Barker, Jimmy Edwards, Bernard Cribbins, Terry Scott etc) do lots of slapstick, and it's all a bit silly, really. Tried to find out what/where "Hermitage House" is/was and whether it's still standing, but nothing found - imdb, Reel Streets and the dvd booklet don't say. First 5 minutes here. Rejects: - Commer camper seen twice - construction thingie off-site - local bike scramble (long sequence with up to 15 bikes, but no clean shots possible) - passing distant bus - was strawberry and cream a local Bucks or Berks livery??
