Filmed in London, dramatic voiceover by Doctor Who, all filmed thru windscreen of a car driving along - this is the only clue what it might be

Absolutely millions of cars seen all the time, but most are irrelevant 1

and pretty much what you'd expect in 1980 traffic. Some of the more interesting stuff

1] Rootes jewels - a Sunbeam Stiletto with vinyl roof; Chrysler Avenger Estate
