Ah, merci pour ces deux-là. (I was looking on the side of Mitsubishi for the Nissan, I didn't know the Patrol was created so early.)

No, the 4-door pick-up (with a short platform) is here: /vehicle_627660.html
But no frame shows it with the font end and the back.
On this pic, you see the back (loaded with a washing machine):
