 I'm pretty sure this is a "TV Movie", but haven't confirmed. If not, a streaming-service movie. Is listed on Hallmark Movies Now:

For the traffic shots, I just picked the vehicle that seemed the most interesting in that shot.

I'm going to guess that everything that has been added today was deleted back then.

I'm going to guess that everything that has been added today was deleted back then.

I have removed some of the latest vehicles. I have left the ones that I find interesting (like the venza or tc)
