 On peut voir dans ce film tourné en Cote d'Ivoire : des Peugeot 203 taxis , des pick-up de marques américaines, des camions Citroën, des Renault mini-bus, des Renault 4 cv, des Citroën 2cv, une Land-Rover (série 1), des Vélosolex...
Film existant en DVD, édition Montparnasse, boite de 4 dvd des films de Jean Rouch.

 Indeed an interesting mix of European and American cars in 50's Abidjan, I have added a couple more.
According to Godard, "Moi un noir" had an important influence on his work and Nouvelle Vague cinema in general
