As filming location IMDB only says 'Associated British Elstree Studios, Shenley Road, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, England, UK' but all the exterior scenes were filmed in Costa Brava (Gerona) and in the village of Tamariu, belonging to the municipality of Palafrugell and, at the beginning of the movie, a short scene filmed at Plaza Real in Barcelona.
