So, the Seat toledo is a Barcelona or a Buenos Aires taxi? because the color of the taxi of both cities are the same

 yes, but not the parts of the car which are painted in yellow. The Toledo is a taxi from Barcelona, in which are painted in yellow Trunk, hood and doors. The 504 is an example of a Taxi from Buenos Aires, which, i'm not sure, but it seems that only the pillars and top are yellow.

we never have taxis like that here, here are black with yellow.
