dsl ◊ 2015-04-23 23:19	DVD says 1946, imdb says 1947. Filmed in Liverpool (but a chaotic mix of fake accents), shows the work of Approved Schools for child delinquents. Very low quota of vehicles in its 59 minutes - only 3 entries. Film projector for school cinema.
