It's filmed in this style of camera work similar to The Office and Borat, both of which have IMCDB pages filled with cars, some even partially seen to the point I wouldn't have added them. Excluding a few people, everyone in it is playing a character, not a 'fictionalised version of themselves', but a character. E.G, 'Poppy' is played by a woman named 'Amy Hogget' and 'Georgie' is played by a man named 'Ed Gamble'. Some of the cars shown in this episode even have fake plates and a two star car involved in a collision, is later seen multiple times throughout the episode in the background. This is is scripted, and not scripted like reality TV, but scripted by comedy writers who have worked on more traditionally filmed sitcoms like 'The Inbetweeners' which also have pages on IMCDB.
