1975 educational short teaching kids how to walk safely in urban and suburban environments. Hosted by former "Lassie" and "Lost in Space" mom June Lockhart, who could turn 100 this June. And when you hear Bill Mumy describe her, it's easy to believe she will. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGcKTp2WYGo ![]() ![]() A/V Geeks claims this movie was made in 1976. |

they should be redoing this now.. its astonishing how many people prefer to get flattened than quit their little screen to have a look around them to see if the path is clear... |

Whenever an intersection doesn't have a 'No turn on red' sign and drivers turn right endangering people crossing the adjacent street. This is a horrible design especially in a busy place with so many drivers wanting to turn right as soon as possible. |

Personally i think its more where they put the sign rather than a design thing . My street is adjacent to a boulevard and you can't turn right from the boulevard to my street on a red light . The thing is you barely see anyone Here you can, despite having restaurants, 3 shopping malls, a high school and a college all around it.. |

I can think of some intersections in Brooksville, Florida where some "No Turn on Red" signs would be a good idea. In the meantime, there was a scene from the movie where a motorcyclist sideswiped a little girl's wagon, knocking her doll out of it and tearing its arm off. I couldn't identify the motorcycle, so I didn't submit it. I had a suspicion that it might be a Kawasaki, but speculation isn't enough. -- Last edit: 2025-04-24 07:39:36 |
