Ahhh indeed, unfortunately for me, American cars are always the protagonists. But it has its reason for being... Until the second half of the 1950s, the Japanese did not begin to massively buy domestic cars for private use. Until then, cars were considered poor quality compared to American or European cars... The government also didn't encourage the purchase of domestic cars with tariffs until 1955, so Japanese cars from the early 1950s are often listed as taxis. .. And those that were for private use used to belong to the middle class, a class that was not of interest in the films of the time...
