 List them as background vehicles? I don't know about the one hanging off a bridge, but the middle wreck looks identifiable.

 I contemplated listing the middle one as it's mauled by the tank later on, so it's not just a piece of scenery like the other two, but I figured I might as well let admins decide if it makes sense to list this sort of stuff.

That said, I have no idea what the middle one is, but the red one looks very much like a Škoda to me and I'd be very surprised if the one the bridge was anything other than a Yugo.

 Middle one is a Mercedes-Benz 'Ponton'.
