COI Collection Volume Six: Worth the Risk?.

Very heavy Cold War paranoia and some complex infrastructure and gizmos but underneath it's pretty much just an update on WW2 air raid wardens, so about as much use as a luminous sun-dial. Can be seen here, but only recommended if you enjoy watching really long-winded public information films.
