 From what I can find, the Zittau was built in 1961 and was scrapped in 2012: http://www.ddr-binnenschifffahrt.de/foto-zittau.htm
The Nünchritz was built in 1961, later renamed Santa Monika, and appears to still be afloat: http://www.ddr-binnenschifffahrt.de/foto-nuenchritz.htm
