21 minute film about the construction in 1870s of the Severn railway tunnel, taken from

British Transport Films Volume One: On and Off the Rails 2-DVD set. Can be seen here or here.

Only 2 small entries and it's a very deadpan film, but a very interesting story of 19thC ... um ... ground-breaking technology/engineering, so worth a look if that floats your boat. Also lots of footage of beautiful Cornish pumping beam engines

.... wonderful bits of Victorian machinery, but about to be decommissioned and replaced by electric pumps.
