It also deals with a test developed to test drivers involved in accidents, if they are fit to participate in motorized traffic again. Filmed in Czechoslovakia, but despite being from 1943, the cars have the old black licence plates, which were replaced by the German-style ones during the occupation, which were in use until 1945 - this means the footage had to be filmed at some point before 1939/1940, whenever the new plates were introduced.

Movie completed.

A very short documentary about various 'modern' testing procedures for different jobs. It also deals with a test developed to test drivers involved in accidents, if they are fit to participate in motorized traffic again.
