The headrest and the cockpit could suggest Nissan or Toyota (1989 Toyota Cressida had a similar headrest), but it's not enough for a precise identification...

The 2nd,3rd,4th comment-pictures looks like fibergrass canopy's side windows. Then it is a pickup truck.

My first think is Toyota Hilux "Mighty-X", but it is not 100% match.

It is a Ford Ranger or Mazda Fighter (B-Series) [UN] (not very common car).
