 It seems they made this movie in quite short time period, if they were able to release it in 1991. Pity, we don't know in what month exactly (or maybe it was already in 1992?). There is MB W140 sold since summer 1991, this way it is even more possible that this car is Citroen ZX.

The meaning is unclear, but I think that it must mean that the film was the first to be made after independence. The first Slovenian film to be released after independence, whatever that was, was probably in production before June.
