 Is "???" actually the title? Is this an Asian film? IMDB is best with English language films and cinema from the western world, it's probably not so good with Asian films that aren't really well known.

 The original mandarin chinese name seems to be "Di san ge ren", and the alternative name for the movie "The third man".

??? is what we see because we don't have Chinese language support on our computers. :)

 No, the title was no properly entered I believe, as on my PC I added fonts to display all languages (well, all those listed on Wikipedia's localized versions) but I was also seeing "???".

Chinese title is 第三个人 and it displays fine on my PC.
