Some of its lyric is parody to the 2012 First-Car Policy (Thailand) (โครงการรถคันแรก). http://deungdutjai.com/2013/04/13/faenkunraekfourmodtrmt/ , but I think his some translate is incorrect, especially

"Na yok yahk hai kon mee rot
"The prime minister wants people to own a car." (PM don't want to give. I think it means prime minister wants people to buy his/her own car.)
