 It's just not a good picture and the car's not really rare/special enough to justify it. And how long is it visible for, a couple of seconds at the most?

 Video clips are accepted, but not background/random common traffic cars from these, that's the rule. A R25 has nothing exceptional, except if this was filmed in a country where it was not sold.
