 By chance I got this documentary with no IMDB link and also I don't know the year when it was released. The only thing I can add is it comes from second channel of spanish television (TVE2) in Catalonia.

 The newest cars appear to be from 1972, despite the black and white footage, so I'm going to assume this is from around 1972.
