1979 MB 280GE W460 Polizei by Siku with early wheels (I've got it with later wheels :D ) together with a DS on the left, a VW Typ 1 on the right and an unknown police toy car. Has anybody an idea what it is and who casted them=?

I have the 280 GE with later wheels as well, along with Matchbox's Polizei-G Wagen (which actually has proper ground clearance, with the later wheels Siku's just looks like an AMG)
