 IMHO I think this movie should be listed as "The Running Man": its UK original title. The Ballad of the Running Man is its International english title and (maybe) the USA title.

 IMDB lists it as 'The Ballad of the Running Man'. We should use the same name as in IMDB.

 Indeed, the rule must be to give predominance of the original title over the IMDB title, which is not always original title, and when not , systematically using english/US language ;)

 imdb recently stopped using the original title as main title...

It used to be "Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo" now it's "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" with the original in brackets.

 If you have an IMDB account, you can change that. Go into Preferences and change "Title display default" to "Original".

 The movie was listed on my DVR as "The Running Man" but "The Ballad of the Running Man" on IMDb. It's a bit confusing, I know.
