 It is a Riley RM Saloon from the period 1945 to 1952.

The image is too small to be able to provide any more detail, the main way to tell RMA from RMB is the length of the bonnet.

 We had this RMB in J recently in a 1960 film. I doubt if more than a handful (at most) of them went to J.
