Also what looks like an RAF 'Queen-Mary' trailer behind possibly a Crossley tractor unit, one of two seen.

That light coloured tourer looks like a Ford 7W Ten, only 1,639 made. /vehicle_308699-Ford-Ten-Tourer-7W-1937.html

The only one I can ever recall seeing on the road belonged to the monks at Hawkesyard Priory, Jesuits on tour!

The dark saloon across the road in thumb 2 looks like a Triumph Gloria, and two pictures have the back of an Austin Ten Cambridge, don't think it's big enough to be an Ascot.

The train is being pulled by a "Royal Scot" class locomotive of the London Midland and Scottish Railway Company.

Some of the thumbs must be worth an entry , truck wise thumb 5 the civilian spec Bedford OXC is fairly rare and so is the Crossley Q with Queen Mary trailer.

JCB, I have confirmed the identification of the two Crossleys seen from the rear. The screen captures are reasonably sharp. However some of the others are more blurred or out of focus. I will review a few of the others I disregarded initially and add as necessary, later on.

I will work on listing a few other background vehicles and then if they are of little of no interest I can delete them back to the comments.
